2010 Event Schedule: check back frequently for many more events to be posted!!!

March:

• The first day of spring special March 20th (sat) 25% off all campsites!!

April: 

•  April 24th Organized Spring Ride and Cook Out following the ride.  We will take a leisurely ride (approximately 4 hours) and then return to Timber Ridge for Smoked Chicken and the fixens!!!

•  April 30th thru May 2nd  McMinn County Equine Association (members only)

May: 

• Memorial Day Weekend May 29th on Saturday, Join us at Timber ridge Horse Campground for TWO educational clinics:
  What is the Difference Between Laminitis and Founder and How it Effects Your Horse!!
  and \

• The Myths and Misunderstandings of Shod and Natural Barefoot Horses!!
  
  Presented by a Certified Journeyman Farrier, Jon Roach.
  The clinics will begin at 4pm, we will eat at 5pm and and than end the clinics with a question and answer sesion!!
  There is a $5.00 fee for all that attend the clinics, the smoked brisket is on us for all our campers, just bring a covered dish!!!

June:

• June 12th is The Women on The Edge Ride

July:

• Fourth of July Weekend July 3rd on Saturday Lee is smoking his famous chicken for all our campers. just bring a dish and we are gonna eat again!!! (no extra charge)

August:

•  All campsites are free to those that camp with your horses, you only pay stall rental fee!

September:

• Labor Day weekend September 4th on Saturday Lee is smoking again!!!   Just bring a dish and we are gonna eat!!!  (no extra charge)

October: 

• October 30th is our Halloween Party!

November:

• November 11th is Veterans Day, Lets ride for our Veterans on November 13th!!

• Thanksgiving November 25th, all the fixens are on us!!!!

December:

• Friday December 31st, 2010 You and your horse can join us in a moon light ride and bring in the New Year right! We will provide finger food snacks and a warm fire in the wood stove in the common area on New Years eve for everyone to enjoy!!

  All those that ride in the New Year with us will be receive a free T Shirt that says:

  "I rode in the New Year at Timber Ridge Horse Campground!!!"
